Visiting Guidance
Dear Family and Friends of Trevenna Lodge and all our wonderful Residents,

As you will no doubt be aware, there has been tremendous news on the visiting of residents within our care home. Although we have successfully facilitated indoor & outdoor visiting throughout much of the Covid pandemic (following Government & Public Health advice) and remote visiting continuously, I felt it prudent to draw your attention to the most up to date guidance as provided to us all by the Government.

Please remember that there are still many restrictions on us all, but we will all do our best to work towards a Covid safe environment for all our Residents, Visitors and Staff.

The new guidance will take effect from Friday 7th May 2021
Best regards

Lateral Flow Testing
Date: 17th June 2021
We have been advised by the HSC Public Health Agency to introduce Self-test Lateral Flow Device (LFD) Testing for Visitors.
Regular self-testing using LFDs can help us slow the spread of COVID-19 by identifying those who are infectious so that they can isolate promptly. The tests are voluntary however, the more people who participate in the testing programme the more likely we are to identify individuals who may be positive but not have symptoms.

The Lateral Flow Kits have been ordered and should be available within the next two weeks.
